As a feature built into RedLine13, you can request technical support specific to the context of a particular test. You can do this by clicking on the “flag” icon within the button strip at the top of the results page:
This will display a form where you can describe in detail the issue you are having:
A primary advantage to creating a support ticket this way is that it will be associated with your load test. This will give our support staff at RedLine13 the ability to refer back to the test.
