This May we will celebrate the one year anniversary of RedLine. Over that time we have had thousands of users of our free tools for Load Testing and Zipcode API.  We’ve had customer test their applications at the rate of 20,000 interactions per second and over 5 Million interactions in a single test.

We introduced a paid version of the Zipcode API last fall, and it has been very successful to help us offset the cost of the AWS costs.  We are planning on introducing a paid version of our Load Testing platform this spring.

The reason for this is that we are doing a lot of development work to add the features that people are requesting.  For example, we have added free services such as big timing scaling, long duration tests, Node.js support, testing from any and all AWS Regions, and lots more.  These features will all remain for free.

Server ManagementOur new RedLine Load Testing Pro Version will have the following features added this year:

  • Server Mgmt
  • Multi Users
  • Data retention
  • Record all requests
  • Splunk integration
  • API to start tests

The Server Management is currently in Beta and available for free, but this will become available only in the Pro version when we release it.  These features will roll out over the course of the year.

Our pricing for customers that sign up in 2014 will be:

$30/month
$250/year for 1 user
$500 for 5 seats
$1,000 for 10 seats
$5,000 for 100 seats
